Based in Germany, Frank Schiek is Vice President of EMEA & MEE at SpinifexIT, where he leads the regional team in driving sales growth and delivering innovative solutions for customers, partners, and stakeholders across the region.

Frank brings more than 25 years of experience designing and implementing HCM processes and integrations across both SAP on-premise and SAP SuccessFactors environments. His expertise spans public sector organizations and global enterprises, supporting complex HR and payroll transformations.

Throughout his career, Frank has led international projects and large-scale implementations across multiple industries, including high-tech, medical, energy, automotive, and manufacturing. His work has helped organizations modernize their HR landscapes while improving operational efficiency and workforce management capabilities.

Before joining SpinifexIT, Frank held senior leadership roles where he developed strong expertise in sales leadership, strategic problem-solving, team and project management, and partner engagement.
