Global HR specialist and consulting company, HR Path, has entered into a global partnership with SpinifexIT,
a leading SAP HCM solution provider, to leverage our Path2Success program and their Easy Migration solution.

HR Path is a global human resources leader with a proven history in cloud-based software for human capital management (HCM). HR Path has partnered with leading HR Solutions providers, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Workforce Solutions and Oracle HCM.

Path2Success is HR Path’s SAP HCM on-premise to a modern cloud-based Talent Management Suite package offering. This package optimizes, globalizes, and localizes the HR function’s business processes and needs for guidance on HR best practices.

HR Path’s Path2Success leverages SpinifexIT’s latest solution, Easy Migration, which was developed to accelerate and de-risk the move to Employee Central Payroll (ECP). Easy Migration optimizes the payroll migration process by automating the movement of payroll configurations and employee data from a legacy system to ECP. Easy Migration also comes with built-in intelligent reporting capabilities that validate payroll migration and ensure payroll accuracy.

With this partnership, Path2Success expands their modular offer for a rapid and mastered deployment with several accelerators including configuration and documentation. Easy Migration will optimize this process with their capabilities and automations to make it even better.
