Heidi Harris is leading our global growth strategy. She is a devoted, people-first marketing leader passionate about empowering teams to utilize their strengths and enjoy their work. Having extensive experience building and leading marketing and cross-functional teams within start-ups, mid and global enterprise environments, she has developed a unique, customer-first approach to leading strategic, global-to-regional marketing initiatives that consistently deliver brand differentiation and long-term growth.
Heidi spent several years leading demand generation and growth marketing efforts for NGA Human Resources (later at Alight Solutions), a global; SaaS company with a focus on BPO, Global Payroll, and Digital HR solutions within the SAP ecosystem. She led Product and Brand Marketing efforts for an international organization with annual revenue of $1.21 Billion and also served as the Director of Marketing for one of the most recognizable law firms in Florida, where she led the design and implementation of strategic and brand marketing efforts.
