Darren is the Co-Founder and Product Chief Technology Officer (Easy Suite) for SpinifexIT, responsible for the product direction within the organisation. Darren has worked in the HCM Area for over 27 years including 20 years with SAP HCM. Over this period, Darren has worked in various roles including Development, Functional Configuration, and in various Leadership roles. Much of Darren’s current role is looking into the future of SAP HCM, with regards to the existing On Premise customers, the move to SuccessFactors, Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.
