Darren Souter is the Co-Founder and Product Chief Technology Officer (Easy Suite) at SpinifexIT, where he leads the strategy and direction of the company’s product portfolio.
With more than 30 years of experience in the HCM space – including over 20 years working with SAP HCM – Darren brings deep technical and functional expertise to the development of SpinifexIT’s solutions. Throughout his career, he has held roles across development, functional configuration, and leadership, giving him a comprehensive understanding of the challenges organizations face in managing complex HR and payroll environments.
Today, Darren focuses on the future of SAP HCM and supporting organizations as they transition from on-premise systems to modern cloud environments, including SAP SuccessFactors, Employee Central, and Employee Central Payroll.
