Blair Ross leads SpinifexIT’s business across Asia and Australia/New Zealand, where he is responsible for regional strategy, growth, and team alignment to execute on the company’s global vision.

Blair is passionate about helping organizations improve processes and simplify complex operations through the use of enabling technologies. He thrives on building strong teams, developing strategic partnerships, and driving business growth while ensuring SpinifexIT consistently delivers on its commitments to customers.

With a diverse leadership background, Blair has held senior roles in business development, strategic sales, and commercial management across a range of technology companies, start-ups, and industries. His experience spans the Big Four, management consulting, and high-end industrial consulting firms, as well as operational leadership roles within the oil and gas sector.

Blair holds an Honours degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Canterbury.
