The Challenge
Mohawk Industries committed to modernizing their green screen payroll solution by moving to SAP S/4 HANA for their North America-based operations of approximately 21,000 employees.
Early on in the project, their implementation partner identified a potential gap in terms of their reporting requirements.
Their existing SAP Payroll Reporting capabilities lacked the functionality to reproduce the reports they were accustomed to receiving on their previous system.
