The customer is currently undertaking an active project implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, Employee Central, Recruiting, and Onboarding.

The Customer is a complex organization with multiple brands in its portfolio of companies.

The Challenge

During the Discovery Phase of the Project, the Project Team identified a series of issues
with the standard ‘out of the box’ SuccessFactors Recruiting Letter of Offer that was not
going to meet the complexities of a multi-portfolio brand organization.

Some of these pain points that were identified were:

  • Concerned by the number of template versions that would be required.
  • Concerned about the high number of template versions that would be required. 
    Due to the company’s publicly listed status, risk levels were deemed too high to manage these templates using manual labor.
  • The standard SuccessFactors Letter of Offer process couldn’t manage the ‘bulk recruiting’ processes.
  • Formatting in standard SuccessFactors was identified as a key issue. Automated conditional formatting leading to template consolidation into the offer was the preferred method.

The Results
