Strato Forms
Strato Forms is our latest addition to the Strato Platform. Strato Forms streamlines document completion and information collection by automatically populating required fields using supported SAP SuccessFactors data. It enables HR to quickly collate and update employee information making sure that their data references are always correct and up to date.
In 1.21, Strato Forms allows users to create dynamic conditions to show or hide specific fields or sections based on certain criteria. With this in place, only the necessary fields will be visible to users depending on their country, level, status, etcetera. This offers a more personalized experience to Strato customers using Strato Forms as part of their onboarding process.
Strato Documents
Strato places the highest importance on user security and compliance. In 1.21, your organization’s Data Privacy Statements can be displayed as a pop-up whenever your employees and users log in to Strato for the first time. This feature can be further customized to suit your company’s data privacy requirements.
