- Have extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors HCM and SAP Payroll

SpinifexIT continues to grow in North America.
We have open positions for SAP Trainer/Consultants in North America. These positions require an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Lifecycle and Reporting background. SAP HR and Payroll professional experience would be beneficial. Candidates are also required to have at least 3 years of providing formal classroom training experience.
This position will be filled by a person who is eligible to work in North America. This role is best suited for professionals who have experience with SAP Successfactors HCM and have faced the challenges and or struggles with reporting or accessing data related to SAP Successfactors and HR and Payroll. Preferred candidates will also have experience with at least one of the following Talent management, Employee Central, Payroll Control Center, SuccessFactors HCM modules, US Tax Reporter, Org Management, Personnel Administration, Time Management/Evaluation, BW, and/or a Canadian implementation although this is not required.
The resource we are looking for will have been a user and will have experienced the challenges faced by payroll professional and/or HRIS user working with SAP Successfactors and other HCM modules. Previous experience in analysis of data, troubleshooting issues related to reporting is necessary. Detailed knowledge of the technical configuration of payroll, global payroll experience and/or ABAP is NOT required.
This role must also have experience delivering training classes. This position will be
routinely conducting training classes of the SpinifexIT solutions and experience with delivering them with a clear, confident and professional speaking voice is required.
The SpinifexIT Consultant will also assist in testing and validation of new releases of software, providing detailed testing evidence per company standards.
They must be comfortable in performing demonstrations of the products. Demonstrations have the potential of being on-site at a potential client, or remote.
Adequate technology in home office is required to support these efforts along with remote training. Solid internet connectivity with sufficient speed required.

The position is work from home with travel required of up to 70% to domestic North American clients. The average onsite visit is approximately 10 days per client for delivering training classes of our software solutions. Annual salary will be based on experience, history and demonstrated skill-set.
The role has the following responsibilities all related to billable activities and
services offered to our valued clients:
• Client training of software (onsite and remote training classes between 3-15 days per client)
• Report, document and interface development services & workshops (assisting customers in
building reports, documents etc.)
• Customization of the SpinifexIT solutions (assisting customers with deploying the solutions
in their unique environments in line with their unique business practices
• Billable time utilization KPI’s established annually
