While implementing SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, the customer discovered that their previous recruiting system offered certain functionalities and automation that was absent from the SAP SuccessFactors solution.

One such feature was conditional formatting, which allowed them to customize and automate the delivery of seven different templates to candidates based on the requisition and offer details.

The Results
