SAP Payroll Consultant (German-speaking)


You must have:
Remarkably fluent in both German and English
Experience in SAP HR/SuccessFactors implementation or Strong End user experience in these products
At least 2 years of testing experience or related activities
Experience in software documentation or similar activities (redaction of functional requirements)
Experience with Human Resources processes is necessary, Payroll processes knowledge will be a big advantage
Can work independently on a project as well as in a team
Strong sense of responsibility and urgency, resourceful, strong problem-solving skills and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Passion of having the job done with high quality and excel in uncovering potential flaws/issue

• Knowledge in Jira Help Desk, Confluence and Zendesk

As an SAP Payroll Consultant, your role will be supporting the stakeholders in the EMEA Region by providing them with the right tailored solutions and support for their business before, during and after the implementation of the SpinifexIT suite. You must be have a passion for getting the job done, solve problems and uncover potential issues.

Among your wide scope of responsibilities include:

Product functional expertise

● Participating in the overall quality of our solutions prior to official release
● Learning and understanding the various SpinifexIT solutions with focus on the recent solutions integration and migration solutions
● Understanding all system requirements alongside the Development Team, and help in the functional requirements phase as well as unit testing
● Providing functional test scenarios/testing requirements which will cover new functionalities of our solution
● Preparing necessary HR master data and SAP/SuccessFactors configurations for relevant test scenarios, which include SAP HR and Payroll data manipulation and possibly SuccessFactors data as well.
● Providing related online documentation materials for end-users

Consulting expertise
● Articulating SpinifexIT products and solutions to client’s customers in addressing their needs
● Proactively giving practical advice, guidance, and support to clients, as well as Account Executives/Sales Executives in prospect demonstrations
● Conducting training and enablement sessions both internally and externally
● Researching thoroughly on unique issues faced by the client for an in-depth and customized demonstration that showcasing SpinifexIT’s solutions prior to the closure of the sale
● Applying best practices on product development

Engagement and partnership with customers and business units
● Developing strong partnerships with customers and securing positive collaboration with business unit key stakeholders and colleagues
● Proactively engaging with customers and/or stakeholders to address concerns or issues
● Conducting ad hoc analyses and special projects, as needed
